The information below describes the current setup. Southside’s legal business details, privacy contact, retention practices, and final privacy notice still need to be confirmed before advertising begins.
What the survey asks for
The survey collects your ZIP code, home ownership status, whether you already have solar, utility provider, typical electric bill range, timing, name, phone number, and email if you choose to provide one. It also records your request for follow-up and campaign information from the link used to reach this page.
Why it is collected
The information is used to review your solar inquiry, contact you about your options, and understand which advertising campaigns bring inquiries. Submitting the form requests contact from Southside Solar by phone and, if provided, email. It does not enroll you in SMS marketing.
Where it goes
Tally hosts the survey. Responses are saved in Tally and the lead tracking Google Sheet connected to the business account. An email notification goes to that account when a response arrives. The landing page does not have a separate lead database.
Advertising measurement
No Meta Pixel or other advertising analytics script is installed in this draft. The survey can retain campaign labels included in the page link. This notice needs review when advertising measurement is connected.
